Shipping policy

We try our very best to get orders out within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days for your item to be shipped. If for some reason, there is going to be a delay of more than 3 business days before a order can be shipped (excluding pre-orders), we will reach out to you directly to see if you would like to proceed with the purchase and future ship date or cancel the order and receive a refund. 

We are not responsible for your package once it is dropped off to be shipped. Therefore, lost or stolen packages, or orders received damaged due to mishandling from the shipper need to be directed to the appropriate postal service.
