Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy on all clothing pieces, which means you have two weeks after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We want to evaluate the issue as soon as possible, so we can make it right!

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items  
All jewelry is FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. We also cannot accept returns on sale items (items in the “Clearance Corral” and “Sale Barn”) or gift cards. Additionally, any custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible to be returned.

Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase!

At this time, clothing pieces are the only items that are exchangeable! Jewelry, stickers, home products, etc are not eligible to be exchanged.

If you decide you wish to exchange your item, within 14 days of receiving your item, please reach out by email to stockyardsouth@gmail.com. We will do our very best to find you a replacement item.  

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As soon as we receive your returned item and accept it back into the store, your exchange item will be sent out and you will be notified. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
